Everything was great about our short stay, first time at this hotel. The only complaint is that the front desk at check in did a sort of hard sell on upgrading our room (for a cost) and did not honor my Gold Status and the promotion that Hotels.com offered when I booked. We did not accept the added cost for an upgrade as we were only a one night stay. However, upon checking out, the agent actually charged us the upgrade cost. Something that should have been free due to the offer the hotel made through Hotels.com. Aside from this, it is a great hotel, clean, comfortable, well located. Would stay again.

Absolutely phenomenal. Dascha at the front desk was so attentive and some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. The hotel is stunning with local art and beautiful modern decorations. My room was beautiful with spectacular views of the Puget Sound & a little city view. The bathtub and the shower were sooo nice, I was actually able to stretch in the tub which is rare due to my height. The bed was insanely cozy and conveniently angled so when you wake up you looked right outside towards to water. A/C & heat system was amazing. They provided cold water 24/7 in the lobby, valet was very nice though it’s a tad expensive. I would’ve liked some hooks in the shower for washcloths or loofahs.. the water temp could get a littttle hotter in the shower.. was a little disappointed there was no microwave and the fridge was filled with stuff for purchase so couldn’t really store much in there, it didn’t get very cold either. Other than that, I had such a nice stay. I can’t wait to be back. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Stayed for 3 nights staff were always welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean, however hallways leading up to the rooms did smell a bit off like an old antique. Other than that the location of the hotel a convenient walk to Pikes Market and to the waterfront.

We stayed at a 2- queen bedroom. Room was huge for a family of 4. Lighting could be a bit brighter and parking on site was expensive but given the prime area, it was expected. We ended up parking in a lot nearby. Otherwise, comfortable stay.

The staff was amazing!!! Helpful, polite - such a great crew! The location made our long weekend completely walkable. It was so easy to walk to Pike Place Market, the waterfront, the Mariners game, the Space Needle - everything! The room was fantastic. We can't wait to come back here again.

Loved the unique layout of the hotel and the staff. Downtown Seattle always feels a bit rough to me, but the hotel was walking distance to so much, had a great art collection and a nice vibe. I’d definitely stay again.

I booked the spa suite and I cannot fathom why someone would design a shower where the handle is on the opposite wall to the shower head. So you need to take three steps out of the water to change the temperature. I hope whoever designed it is currently locked away somewhere.

Good location for the waterfront attractions and the hop on hop off bus stop. Plenty of dining options nearby. Seattle is very hilly and they are very steep so having easy access to these areas was important.

Great Stay! We really enjoyed our room and front desk was very friendly. We were delighted to be upgraded to 1 bed room. The space was quiet, large with plenty of light. Felt right at home. Would recommend this property for visting Seattle, close to light rail, and all the sights.
