One of the elevators was out so catching the working one took forever. Also, did not get notified our rooms were ready until after 5 pm when I physically went there to find out why our rooms still were not ready. Positive note the front staff and rooms were nice.

Room was small but it had everything we needed. Great location near the pike market. It was convenient that they had a coffee shop and restaurant downstairs.

The room was clean. Downtown Seattle is very noisy but also extremely convenient to everything. Close to trains and walkable to almost everything. Breakfast was available either downstairs or next door at the Weston - not included but convenient. Room was ready early which was great. One problem was the water pressure in the room. Otherwise stay was fine.

This property is deceptive! #1 room was the higest price to pay for a postage stamp, very small... #2 They charged the credit card I gave them, for incidentals, the price of the room! Toom had already been paid for through Expedia. The hotel had noright to draft funds! I am still in dispute through my credit card BEWARE

I loved the customer service..! Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to help us… we were able to do an early check-in, which was great since we had just landed from a cruise… Our room was beautiful, sadly I did not take a picture but it had all the amenities I needed, mini frig., micro, safe box, water and our bed was so so comfortable… View was beautiful during the day & at night.

Bathroom is small and weirdly shaped, hard to get into shower without slipping. Toilet was so loud. One elevator working and the parking situation was a nightmare. No valet, but someone had to let you in and out of garage.
