Was not informed the property was underconsruction or if the front door was unsafe and rope off.No on site parking. Had to walk up a very steep hill after a 2 block walk after finding parking. Very old room with full size beds not queens. Bath was old eith a very narrow layout.The pictures from their site are not updated. Alot of noise from hospital next door.

The two staff members at the front desk were very friendly, fast, and efficient. Check-in was easy. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Public parking nearby was easy. There is no air conditioning in the room, but it was cool with the windows cracked. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

I love old buildings that are well maintained. This is close to the hospital I was using. Their street was quiet and well maintained but just a block or two away were kind of creepy characters around. I wouldn’t have felt safe if I was alone.

The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Could have used AC in the room and was very noisy from fans from roof top and emergency hospital next door. Great cafe in hotel and great coffee. Hard to find places to park. Long up hill walk from parking to hotel because we checked in after 10pm. But overall cute hotel

Would not stay here again. No air conditioning and it was way too hot. The fire alarm also went off in the building both mornings we stayed, were woken up and had to evacuate the building. Totally ruined our sleep.

The location is very good. Overall, the staff was friendly. The Inn is old, noisy and the room and bath were not functionally put together- example bathroom mirror was on the wall behind the sink-my husband had to shave without a mirror.

We recently stayed at this 97-year-old hotel and absolutely loved the authentic, almost century-old charm it offers. From the moment you step in, you feel the history woven into every detail — a rare vibe that makes this place truly special. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located literally next to a hospital, which surprisingly adds to its peaceful atmosphere. It’s also incredibly walkable — just steps from public transportation, great restaurants, and major Seattle attractions like The Pike Place Market, Space Needle, museums, library, and downtown shopping. While the rooms do not have air conditioning (true to its historical roots), the hotel provides electric fans. Honestly, we didn’t even need ours — the cool harbor breeze kept the room naturally comfortable and cozy. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay, and the affordability for such a prime location is hard to beat. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming, and centrally located place to stay in Seattle with a touch of living history — this is it. Highly recommend!

Horrible. No ventilation in room whatsoever, some insanely loud screeching industrial fan was going outside the room the whole time, so hot we couldn’t sleep, no ac no vents even in the room. Bed was like a rock, horrible sheets and blankets and pillows.
