Quick trip

I chose the hotel because it was within walking distance of my doctor’s appointment. It was a pleasant surprise and I would definitely stay here again. 3 great restaurants, Traders Joe and a Wholefood Market all within a few minute walk.

Nice, cozy, "feels-like-boutique-lodging" place to stay. The parking lot is hidden by beautiful trees, so the hotel seems more private. Our spacious room was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast room attendant went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a great stay in West Seattle. There are many walkable locations, free parking at the hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. There is a light breakfast everyday as well. It’s very clean and comfortable.

Toilet didn’t work and parking was full. Checked in later in day. Had to park blocks away. Tried calling manager about toilet and she didn’t answer. Signed a form saying my pet fee was$35, but the morning check out clerk, tried to tell me the pet fee was $40 and gave me attitude about the toilet and parking complaint. I paid $177 for a room that didn’t work and no parking.

It's the only hotel in West Seattle. I find their pricing to be too high for what it is. No room number on room key sleeve, huge scuff on the wall from a careless movement of furniture by a previous guest, screaming homeless in the alleyway out my window. Staff was friendly, housekeeping was absolutely obnoxious the next morning - I had no "do not disturb" door tag and every 10 minutes after 1030 they banged on my door while I was trying to relax into my day.

Tidy enough, but my skin started to itch as soon as I entered the room and only got worse as I stayed. Checked out 10 minutes after getting in. The lady at the front desk didn't have the authority to issue a refund, so hoping the manager is willing to.
