Our room was not cleaned once during our entire 4-night stay, despite requesting a clean. We took care of our own trash and had to ask at the front desk for fresh towels. Poor service. I was texted moments before checking out that a final receipt would be emailed upon checkout - we’ve been checked out for FOUR DAYS and have still not received a final receipt. Super poor service. Basic needs not met.

First and foremost, the hotel is in a great area very quiet during the week and the weekends. They let me check in two hours early and didn’t have me waiting. The staff is really friendly. Hotel is very clean. Wasn’t able to try the bar, but I also am not a big drinker so it was not a downside. The only thing I do wish it had was breakfast included, but also I don’t eat breakfast that much. Great prices. Would definitely recommend and definitely staying here again if I come to Seattle.

It was a great choice for my money for my 3 night stay, I didn't have so much luck finding an affordable room last time I was in Seattle, but this wasn't just affordable, it was surprising quality for my money. I appreciated my stay and I'll consider coming back!
