I was so impressed with the staff at the front desk. Incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, with walking distance to all downtown activities and lovely rooms.

This was our first time staying here. We absolutely loved the hotel and the room was pretty amazing. It was like being in a small apartment which was great for us! On the other hand the staff was hands down amazing. We had a small issue with an Uber and the staff was all over it to help us out and be the most accommodating and supportive more than we ever could imagine. Thank you too one of the bartenders that help come to my wife's recuse and help calm her down. You guys were awesome. Well be staying in again for sure!!

This hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpful. But, the furniture looked like it was from the 70's and was not comfortable at all. They need to update the living room area badly!

Nice New Years Stay
We enjoyed our stay. I was surprised there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room which I sometimes use to sleep on the couch if my husband is snoring. Also parking options were somewhat limited because the valet apparently isn’t adequate for the hotel. And it was over a holiday so other public parking garages had shortened hours. But we made it work. The restaurant was closed one of the mornings. The room had holiday decorations which was really nice and unexpected! Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful.
