When checking out, I was told to pay $180 for the stay, however I’ve already paid most of the expense through Expedia, if not taking a look at the receipt, I’d charged twice , which is very unprofessional “accident”

The rooms were dirty. There was a lot of pink mould in the bathroom. The Trim around the doors and the carpets were dirty. The whole thing was just gross. The check in process was brutal. They might have 24/7 check in but the staff were sitting in the back napping. I couldn't get into the underground with my key.
