Friendly welcoming staff from the moment we pulled in to the drive. Tyler at the front desk was super helpful with quickly checking us in and giving us directions around the area for the light rail and best way to get to the stadium.

I really liked staying here. I love Seattle and this area is quite safe and very close to everything you need. Seattle overall has a big homelessness problem but I felt safe at this hotel (I stayed with 2 underage kids). We also left my husbands work phone in the room and they were so kind to ship it back to NYC immediately. Overall very positive experience with this hotel and the staff!

Kyle was a great host. We arrived at 7am from our cruise ship, and he not only allowed us into a room, he upgraded our room to a no larger one in a nod to our wedding anniversary. This is a wonderful deal for downtown Seattle and only three short blocks from the Westlake Station on the light rail ($3/head) from the SeaTac airport. The Paramount Hotel is a real value and the staff is wonderful!

We had a great time in Seattle and this hotel is the perfect place to stay in downtown. Very walkable to all the places you need to be and we felt safe. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice and both times the service and food were good.

We flew in to see a baseball game. The property was centrally located. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with kind and welcoming staff. Will stay again when we come back
