Everything in this hotel is good, except the strong odour of the cleaning products, which you can smell the moment you step in the reception, or in the stairs that take you to the upper floor, and inside the bathroom of your room. They should use products that has a less smell.

Was not sure what to expect , the room was clean though and it was quiet. Couple of knocks, elevator not working, and no easy way to plug in a device for charging near the bed, would not cost a fortune to have some kind of power /C power bar on the nightstand next to the bed.

The property was a great location not far from the Burlington GO station. Reception was very kind, however the room was very strongly scented from cleaning products.

Very clean and spacious room. Over-use of fragrance in room, nothing that opening the balcony door for an hour couldn't solve. Didn’t appreciate being told there was no elevator when in fact there was one for a non-existent bell-hop. To be fair, it was used to bring our luggage upstairs in deference to my wife. Breakfast was more than adequate.
