Upon arriving, check out went fine. I was asked if I wanted my room cleaned daily or not. I say, daily and go on up to my room. My room smelled awful, so I asked for room spray. Then they asked for it back - at which point, I said I needed to keep it as the smell was that terrible. I was then moved to another room. Thankful. My room was not cleaned daily. It was late on day 2, that I had to go to the front desk to get towels and ask for my room to be cleaned. Day 3, my room was cleaned - but not well. I don’t think the bathroom was ever cleaned properly - bathtub and sink etc. from the start. The Front desk upgraded my breakfast for one day. The restaurant staff, very pleasant.

Room was dirty. Mold in toilet, toilet didn't flush, black hair that looked like pubes in tube. Broken handles on dressers. Goopy substance in dresser. They told housekeeping and didn't want to change our room. They did eventually change our rooms. The next room was better but there was splatters of stuff up the wall, broken handles etc. breakfast wasn't very good but it was ok. Would not recommend going here to anyone
