I had breakfast once out of 5 days, opens at 7am, too late for most business people. Breakfast was Continental, could have more options but was ok for the price. Dinner menu and service was good. Rooms were clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Had entertainment some of the evenings which was enjoyable. I would recommend and stay here again.

The only downside was the breakfast… i know its complimentary but the choices was limited. And when i went inside the room the toilet paper was low. Only few uses and was finished already.

Upon arrival, the hotel looked outdated. We used the hallway bathroom and thought we saw a mouse but couldn’t confirm. Check-in was smooth, and we were told a “continental breakfast” was included. Our room smelled musty, and the wall AC unit was old—the lid to adjust the temperature was broken and fell off when we tried to open it. Only one bath towel was provided, and we had to request more. The ironing board was bent, and its cover was old and stained. A week prior, I called about an accessible room for my disabled mother and was told we would be updated at arrival, but none were available. The bathtub was extremely deep with high sides, making it unsafe for her to use without help. The “continental breakfast” turned out to be only sweet breads, muffins, cereal, and coffee. Any protein items cost extra, and we were told food couldn’t be taken to the room. On night four, two mice ran from the kitchen into a ballroom. I alerted the front desk and was told maintenance would be notified in the morning. The next day I asked if it had been addressed; they said pest control was called, but none were seen on the property. It was too late to change hotels, so we had to stay. Given the unsanitary conditions and overall discomfort, I believe a partial refund is justified.
