The hotel is nice enough. The restaurant is decent. Really liked the live music on Friday. The front desk staff were ok but I wouldn’t say super friendly. The room was comfortable but I don’t think the bedding is hypoallergenic cos I would sneeze a lot once I was in bed. Also, it doesn’t seem like they clean the fitness centre too often. Only truly dedicated people will use the fitness centre as it’s located in the basement and a bit uninspiring. Also, the pool water was freezing.

Despite having prepaid for our stay, we were met with inflexibility and disrespect by your front desk staff, Mohit and Glen. When I attempted to resolve a deposit issue by offering alternatives, I was dismissed outright. Matters worsened when, after my wife brought her credit card, I was spoken to in a rude and accusatory tone, as though I had stolen the card. This was deeply humiliating and completely inappropriate. This behavior not only ruined our wedding anniversary celebration but also left us feeling demeaned and unwelcome. Such conduct is unprofessional, damaging to your hotel’s reputation, and shows a clear need for immediate customer service retraining.

The room was clean but I didn’t like the dining area staff in afternoon. They weren’t polite and if I asked for hot water they said you have to purchase food. Also, I didn’t feel safe because when you enter the hotel the lobby is located in end of building. Anybody can walk to the hotel and go the gym or bathroom or different floor without security. When you enter the building smell no good.
