The staff was really nice but the room has really bad old smell order and had to switch rooms. The 2nd was better but still lingered with little bit of the old smell.

It smells so bad and dirty esp the washroom. We requested to change room and even the new room it was still smell so bad. This is the worst hotel ive been. I was aftaid to even touch anything on that small room. The exterior of the hotel looks decent adn luxury ish but the inside of room i was speechless. And to think this is located in downtown and not in suburb you would expect a quality accomodation.

We had a family trip in Toronto and booked this hotel. Our room felt musty and likely a room allowed smoking before. The bed sheet does not feel like recently changed. Some of the carpets have stains on it. The free breakfast is good though.
