The smell of cigarette smoke entering the room during the night was unacceptable. Front desk was notified on 7/17,7/18 and 7/19. Would consider not going back.

We indicated that we were 3 people, and thought the sofa bed would have been made upon our arrival. Good thing we arrived earlier then expected. If we arrived at 10pm like we first planned we would have not enjoyed making the sofa bed. If not everything else was good for 1 night. Thank you

The check out time should be 12noon but the room keys were locked and unable to use at 11:50am. We have to go back and forth between 6th floor and the lobby level to get a hotel staff to validate the keys again in order to get back our luggages.
