The hotel is very run down- dirty carpet throughout with visible mold. Heavy use of chemicals and scents to mask the mold and other odours. My shower head was broken, no alarm clock in the room. The place really needs a renovation. Overall, just not a great stay.

Internet was good, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was not the best food but reasonably priced. Parking was convenient. Pool looks a little dated but was clean and nice. Hot tub could have been cleaner, I wouldn’t call it gross - just not pristine. Good value for price point.

Rooms are comfy and clean. Gym is cozy well equipped but only opens at 6am. Lobby is nice (some of the staff could have more cordial disposition) Room corridors could use love: The carpets and doors in corridors MUST be cleaned. Take 10 Doors per day…. And get them all done, and repeat…. A good carpet shampooing is due also. Very conveniently located.

Filthy dusty carpet in the room and hallways, elevator stinks, outside lobby is dirty and the surrounding area. Front desk personnel upon checking out (10/5/2025 at 7am) not accommodating, he doesn’t listen what the guest requesting and once i started talking he cuts me off and feeling like i am stupid.
