The room was very clean, the amenities were good and the staff are amazing! Christen from the kitchen was so kind and went out of her way to help us with our lasagna. We didn’t have an oven in the room so she cooked it in the hotel kitchen. We were so grateful. The rest of the staff is very friendly and sociable.

Mary at breakfast buffet was like no other! So pleasant and accommodating! Staff great. Problems with key cards. Heavy use of chlorine in pool. No towels at pool . No cookies at check-in (yes we are spoiled) great location for zipping around Vaughan
