Two suggestions, bottle water is better to be provided, Toronto is too dry, no water to drink is making your clients frustrated. Two is that it is better to have a minor in front of writing desk, easy for most of female.

This used to be my go-to hotel to send all of my clients that would be flying it from out of town. Post covid the service has become horrible. Customer service has definitely been neglected at this property. Would definitely not recommend
