There should be coffee and tea kettle available and not the useless coffee maker they provided which was horrible. The TV did not work - including the ability to use the guide or purchase a movie. There should be access to Netflix so this is very dated to not have access to that. What’s worse though is the horrible quality heating and AC. It was INCREDIBLY loud. And when you turn it off, it still turns on - not sure what it was, a fan? Whatever it was, it was incredibly loud and difficult to sleep because it kept waking me up. I paid for an newly renovated room so it is shocking that the quality of the AC/heating was that bad. The front desk staff were not very welcoming either and when I asked or an upgrade it was a flat, “not available”.

Best in Vaughan

Stayed in remodeled double queen room for a week. Everything was clean. Good amount of space in the room to move around without bumping into the furniture. Enough counter space in the bathroom for all my hair and makeup accessories. Was a little strange to have place for clothes hanging out in the open in the entryway, but after a few days I actually like that concept better than a closed closet. Window shades closed all the way and there were no unnecessary extra lights in the room so it was nice and dark at night. No street noise and the hotel noise from other guests was less than I've had at other places. Restaurant had slow but friendly service, food was excellent. Front desk was very nice upon checkin and checkout. Will stay here again when I return in the spring. Much better than my previous stay across the street.
