Everytime I come the staff is very accommodating. I made a mistake and with other hotels I know it would have cost me big time, but they quickly fixed the situation along with expedias help and we were able to enjoy our stay. We decided last minute to extend it by a day, due to the amazing staff I believe his name was Johnny.

Wish the coffee was complimentary all day long. I wasn’t able to have an espresso during the evening, and in the morning I had to pay for a flat white b/c the complimentary coffee was over at 10:30. I also wish the pool table would close later like at 1am instead of 11pm, my friends and I couldn’t play pool due to it being closed. MY FAVOURITE PART is their toiletries, they smell to good! I totally would buy their shower and soaps products. Stay was great, bed was awesome, experience was good and staff are amazing, def would go back for the convenient stay.
