One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We stayed at Aloft Vaughan with our 1 and 2 year old and our room was freezing. My husband told the front desk before we went to the pool and asked for a heater — nothing was done. The pool was also cold, and when we requested towels we waited over an hour. No one came, so we had to leave and bring our kids back upstairs cold. Later our toddlers cried briefly while I showered and the front desk called twice complaining, then said people were “concerned for the kids,” which felt inappropriate and judgmental. To make it worse, they charged us money for normal kid mess (juice on a blanket and small food stains). Not family-friendly at all. Would not stay again.
