Staff are friendly and kind! The lobby smells like cigarette smoke so it’s kind of off putting. Our room is nice enough for one night, the cleanliness is kind of lacking I would say. I feel like the bathroom/shower hasn’t been properly cleaned between guests which is kinda gross. The hotel is in a great spot for shopping, and a good selection of restaurants around easy to get to.
