I recently stayed four nights at your hotel for a business trip and was very disappointed with my experience. I chose this property because the Marriott Bonvoy website advertised a pool and gym, with no mention that the hotel was under construction or that these amenities were unavailable. On arrival, I was told both were closed and construction would stop at 17:00, yet work continued until 18:07.
My room was also in poor condition: a collapsing shower‑door hinge, dirty shampoo bottle, warped wallpaper, loose shower head, streaks on mirrors and doors, stained towels, and no tray for wet boots, causing water to pool on the uneven floor. Despite requesting maintenance and cleaning, nothing was done, and staff repeatedly failed to follow through on promises. A complimentary breakfast does not reflect the level of inconvenience and service issues I experienced.
