Arrived at 10 PM, room was cold (heater said 10C, and was turned off), turned on heater, set it to 20C. By midnight it was 16C, and was not going to get any warmer. Since it made a lot of noise, I turned it off to get some sleep. Room returned to 10C in 2 hours. At 2AM I again turned it on for 1 hour, it got to 15C, then off again to get some more sleep. At this point I was pissed, so I got my toque and gloves and went back to bed. Toughed out the remaining night at 10C. Checkout... Guy at desk didn't really seem to care about the poor room heater. Mumbled something about looking into it. Then we asked about the advertised breakfast, and he pointed to the bowl of apples and bananas on the side table near the front desk and said that's it. We will never return this (or likely any) Travelodge.

The breakfast was a juice box, granola bar, and cup of yogurt. We were sent to a different type of room than what I reserved. The tables in the room were worn beyond anything I have ever seen anywhere. The TV picture quality was really bad. Besides that, it was a decent stay.

room heater operated properly but was very loud. Felt like I was trying to sleep inside a jet engine. Bath tub had several strips of duct tape applied under the spigot, maybe to hide rust or wear. It was off putting. Staff were good, but overall the hotel was better on the outside than inside.

The room was disgusting. Smelt like pee and stale cigarettes. Carpet had an iron burn and some sort of black streak in it. Sofa was well used and had stains all over it. They charged me for my service animal and told me I didn’t need it. I had medical documentation, service animal not a support animal. Guy at desk said I wasn’t blind so I didn’t need her. Waited at front desk for about 30-45 minutes before someone came in to start their shift and saw me. Very nice, but thought he was a doctor and told me that my Dr’s recommendation was wrong?

Room is in disrepair, Breakfast included is in a small paper bag ( one yoghurt, banana , coffee to go) with no place to sit and eat. Bed spread ( with holes) IS the blanket ! Carpet in room torn and coming unglued. Terrible! Only book if you are desperate!

Run down room, the sink didn’t work, the heater sounded like a 747, there was a party with speakers and music across the hall, the room’s fire alarm went off in the am to wake me up with no smoke or fire. Almost comical it was so bad. A refund would be appreciated, I was in town for a sporting event the next day and had to transport my son at midnight for on another hotel because it was so loud.

The room we reserved, smelled like stale urine, it was unclean, rips and stains in the carpet. We asked for another room. Rather than a King bed with a pullout we were given a double bed. Apparently thats all they had left. The chairs were broken, fridge didnt work, charging ports on the lamp, broken, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, we found a used needle in the bathroom and the bathroom.smelled like urine. At least the sheets seemed clean. There is no where to sit for your "breakfast", coffee, fruit and yogurt - we had to go out for breakfast (the chairs in our room were broken, remember). I will never stay at another travelodge again. If you are considering this motel, dont...keep looking.

Courteous staff, but had to change rooms because some of the lamps didn't work, and one was almost ready to fall off of it's beside mount. Had to ask for a plug for the bathtub. Heating system kicked in every 5 minutes and the room's decor was dark and not very inviting. Comfortable beds and close to plenty of dining and shopping amenities. Breakfast to go wasn't very inspiring. My night's sleep was good, but I'd be more apt to book Super 8 over Travelodge unless a major refurbishment occurs.
