Stayed for one night. Front desk staff were really friendly, helpful, and great with our toddler. Our room was very clean, well-cooled with AC and had enough space for a foldout crib. Quiet during the night despite a wedding party taking place a couple of floors below. Would stay here again and recommend.

Excellent Stay

We stayed for one night, I am very picky about cleanliness and this hotel did not dissapoint. Everything was spotless. The concierge upgraded our room when we checked in to make sure it was quiet and provided excellent service. Parking is not far away from the hotel and price was reasonable. Our room was a little small bit overall we had a fantastic stay.

I stayed just for the weekend, but the staff was very helpful and were very accompanying. The area has lots to do and it is all within walking distance. It also has a great atmosphere in the hotel itself.

I recently stayed two nights at the Hyatt. The location was great, and the receptionists were nice. I also appreciated the excellent shower. However, there were a few issues. The towels were changed selectively, and the TV in my room was blinking severely and wasn't fixed by checkout, despite me reporting it. The room was a bit dark, and the bed lamps were positioned awkwardly, making it difficult to read in bed. While I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, I feel Hyatt could improve on these details.

Great vibe and lobby. Bar on second floor very good. Staff good. Phone didn’t work. Carpets and washroom floors weren’t exactly clean and streets were noisy with street racing. Downtown now has panhandlers and people struggling in many ways in foyers and such which reflect changes to the community and it the facility.
