The sliding glass door at the rear had cigarette butts everywhere in the bathroom shower. The faucet did not shut off and dripped all night. When we got into the room, the towels were wet clearly they had not been changed. There were police cars in the back parking lot Until 2:30 in the morning dealing with what looked like a stolen car. And in the morning, all the doors slam so loud it’s impossible to sleep past 7 AM. Hands-down, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 52 years of life. If we had not prepaid, we would have never stayed there

i was quite pleased with the hotel except for one thing. I had difficulty getting out of the tub. There should be some sort of hand rail. There is one but i couldn't reach it. I am getting older and maybe i weigh too much. i liked the breakfast and the price of my room. Also I liked the bed and the decor in the room.

First time in all my years of travel that I arrived somewhat earlier but was unable to check in. Littlerally had to wait to 3 PM on the dot which would have been fine if I didnt have to wait for an additional 10 - 15 minutes after I arrived at 3:20 for the employees behind the counter to decide they were finished discussing another customer who was no were to be seen to allow me to finally be able to check in.

Avoid. While our room itself was clean, the hallways were dirty and the windows of the doors were filthy. We didn't want to touch the doors and they had door knobs on them rather than push doors. It was really a turnoff. I have trouble with cigarette smoke, so as usual, I requested a non-smoking room. I have never encountered a hotel with the smoke in the hallways and seeping into our room. I don't know what was going on. In addition, the photos make the rooms look much better than they actually are. Our tub had big brown stains in it and their was an unfinished space by the bathroom door. I believe the building is also used to house the homeless, which wouldn't be a problem to us. The smoke and the dirty halls, windows and doors are just too much. The staff did treat us well and upgraded us to a suite because they didn't have the single room available,that I had ordered, but the building is just old and not welcoming at all. I should mention as well, that the breakfast was a real disappointment. There was no meat either of the 2 days we were there. Usually one finds some bacon or sausages. Likewise, the only eggs available were hard boiled eggs that were already peeled, so we avoided them due to food safety concerns. All in all, we do not recommend this facility.

The rooms were so old, not renovated. All of it seems like rusted and infrastructure is worst for the room I stayed in. Many better option available in the area. Was not expecting such a terrible room from super8.

not totally pet-friendly

This hotel is not fully pet-friendly. I reserved a room with 2 Queen size beds/suits. When I went to check in, the assistance manager, told me I was not allow the 2 Queen size beds/suits because I have a dog with me! I told him that I checked to make sure that this was a pet-friendly hotel. He insisted that it was but because I had a dog, I was not allowed be in the Queen size bed/ suits. However, I was allowed to have a room with 2 full size beds for my dog and myself. The room cost less but he refused to refund any difference or tell me how much the new room was because it was through a third party (Hotels.com).

Dirty and outdated

I've stayed at many hotels and this is one of the worst. Though the bed was comfortable, the hallways look like the carpets haven't been cleaned since the 80's. Showers look like they haven't been updated since the 80's. There are no plumbing regulators for the showers, so when you take one, you get cold then scorching hot water. There were dirty towels in the hallways. Cigarette smell came through the vent in the washroom, the furniture was not like the pictures in the listing. The chairs were old and ripped, the furniture scratched and peeling. The interior lock was falling off. They also have 'long-term' residents living on the 2nd floor of the hotel that are 'questionable'. I didn't feel safe. Will never stay again. Gross.

This is pretty much the worst hotel I've ever seen, 5 dollar a b that hotels in Cambodia are nicer, everything is rundown or broken, dirty, rusty, you name it. Super 8 should pull the franchise agreement as no brand wants this place as an example of their business.
