Hotel is located right down town Kitchener. Beds were comfy and rooms were relatively clean. The pool was cold and could use a good clean. But it was a good price and worked well for our 1 night stay

With an unusually cold weekend or room had NO heat. NOTHING. Front Desk advised heat was already turned off for the year and air conditioning only was available!!! They provided a small space heater that was still inadequate. Slept with my hoodie on! Insane. I complained that one of my windows that opened to a rooftop would not lock. Was advised it would be looked into. Nothing done. Did not feel secure. Both unacceptable.

I booked a night for a Mother Daughter get away. We were excited there was a pool but there were private lessons going on (we were told we could swim at the same time). The instructors were VERY rude and gave us filthy looks the entire time. Will never come back

The floor of the 3rd floor hallway was filthy and there was a white powder along the floor. Our room had a sliding door out to the street on the 3rd floor and it did not lock, or close tightly. The bathroom is tiny and dark. The walls seem paper thin.
