This location is in downtown, many homeless people in area. Not a problem but just be aware, some of the plugs for electronics did not work. Overall good location for us, friendly staff, clean, and comfortable.

The people that work at this property were excellent. So polite and very helpful. We have stayed at other Crowne plaza hotels but the staff and facilities were the best at this one. Go! You won’t be disappointed.

The staff was great and room was nice but it was extremely noisy and very difficult to sleep. We were on the second floor and got zero sleep due to loud traffic and will need to go straight home rather than attempt our busy day on no sleep with grumpy kids and adults.
