This all inclusive. Mini bar service upon request only. Limited top shelf liquor, no bottle service to your room, no bottle services at all! No food around the clock. No food in between restaurant dining hours. Bar and Grill closes at 1 AM. No club on site. Customer service from check-in to check out was very professional. The pool bar staff and entertainment was the dividing factor if I should return. Restaurant staff very pleasant and respectful and courteous. Would return to this resort since my expectations will not be higher than it was. I rate this property at 3 stars

We think there was storm damage because alot of the railing and planking by the ocean were gone but they were working on repairs and painting. The staff is excellent. Entertainment is great. Its an older resort and could use some updating. Our room was first floor ocean front and very spacious. The hair dryer died but was immediately replaced. Snorkeling was pretty good and is an easy walk to Doctors cave beach for the best snorkeling.

Phones in some rooms did not work, and was disappointed that Internet was restricted to the lobby areas. Appreciated the friendliness of all the staff, especially in lobby, bars and dining. Also enjoyed the food in main dining and the Grill. Overall, not bad - a good value.

The beach is beautiful, however, the facility needs a makeover. The staff is very nice and the inclusive drinks were weak unless you tip the bartender well. Overall, I had a great time.
