Very quiet at the time of booking but almost eerie. Despite a small number of guests there was some loud sounds and screaming from other guests. Placed on the first floor that faces a parking lot but the opaque curtain does not pull all the way through, no privacy. No safe in room, missing do not disturb door sign. In room phone didn’t work at all. Had a chair with a moveable stool but was missing one wheel, so couldn’t move that at all. Couldn’t figure out how the air conditioning works, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. Room was really warm at night despite setting the air conditioning to what it read as “50” degrees. Saw a cockroach in the washroom. Good water pressure from shower. Good air pressure from hair dryer - was loud but atleast could effectively dry hair. Small microwave but it works. Nice to have 2 beds and a desk to work on. Female staff were super friendly.

The place was dirty and not kept .. the house keeper come to clean your room and not wash the toilet or vacuum your room .. I practically had to remind them all the time .. the hotel had no internet for four days . The property management was terrible .. somehow my experience there was the worst .. it’s not a hotel to refer anyone to

Stayed at this property as a last resort due to a previous booking cancellation someplace else. The grand entrance is really nice, but unfortunately it goes down hill from there. Only one person at the desk that tries their best but slow, even with no one else in line. The hallways and rooms smell of musty like dust and old cigarette smoke. The room itself looks okay once you get use to the smell, but the beds are terrible. We were only supplied two towels and one wash cloth for a 2 queen room, which made it difficult with 2 kids and 2 adults. The room was quite dusty. Found someone's sock by the TV and someone's hair clips the near the night stand. The coffee machine was broken as well. It was a place to sleep for us, but unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again, and would not recommend it to others.

This hotel should not rent rooms for more than $100 a night. It is a discount facility at best. There was no hot water for showers over 3 days (so not a one time occurrence). Our room key only opened our door once and then needed to be replaced (3 times over a two day stay, despite being kept far away from phones which apparently disable them). The hallways had an unpleasant smell. In a large hotel with a minimum of 4 elevators that I could see, only one worked, very slowly. Used the stairs most of the time. All areas were freezing cold. This hotel needs major investment to be functional again, or much lower rates so guests know what to expect. The staff were phenomenal and friendly. This business is very lucky to have such courteous staff.

This facility has amazing potential. The small staff worked very hard to accommodate everyone. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms, pool and elevators need a lot of work. I would stay again during the week but not on weekends when sports teams are in the building.

This hotel was very dirty. Our first room had dirty sheets and a bug crawling on the bed. We received a new room no problem. It was on the fourth floor which was no problem until we came back from our event and the only elevator that was working had quit and had to take the stairs. They had four elevators right there but not one of them worked. Then we had no towels in our bathroom and had to go down and ask for those. The staff was super friendly and tried to help but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness has turned me off of ever staying there again especially for the price.
