The suite was clean and tidy and the kitchen serviced us well. House keeping was good and staff were friendly. There wasn’t a kettle in our room so we had to boil water using a saucepan. The couch was very uncomfortable and the pillows were poor quality. The air conditioner in one of the rooms rattled and was too loud to sleep with.

Quiet location, nice and clean. As a suit hotel, they don’t have their own restaurant but shared with the neighbor hotel. The breakfast is just ok.

Very nice suite. Disappointed that it didn’t have a pool. We knew that at time of booking, but we have stayed in a Townsuites property in West Kelowna that has a pool and water slide; great for kids.
