Really great staff, and excellent amenities. The only downside is the Internet service. I was there for work, and the Internet service does not even function for quick phone updates let alone video conference. It definitely cannot support full workday applications or streaming. Other than the issue of connectivity for work, it was a good stay.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. They put me in the last room on the third floor, right next to the ice machine, with no Wi-Fi coverage. When I called the receptionist to complain about the Wi-Fi, she answered with, “I have another customer on the phone. I’ll call you back when I’m done.” She never did! I’m so disappointed that I’ll be leaving this hotel. I travelled here for three days a week for business, and I’d never stay here again.
