What a great bunch of people. The front desk staff were personable and great to deal with. The king suite was the best room we've ever had. Complete with a fireplace and a balcony. I'll stay there again in a minute.

During my stay, I shared several complaints about the stale smell of the carpets and burning smell of the heating/ac unit. I am highly allergic to mold/mildew and I couldn’t sleep the entire stay.

Property is very loud. Bring a sound machine. Staff was polite but they are very busy. The accommodations in our room had mold in the showers and the room could not get rid of the damp.

The hotel is a short walk to the Space Needle and monorail. The staff was friendly. We booked a 2 bedroom suite which upon check in was not available due to an issue with the room. They gave us 2 king suites across the hall from each other instead which was a minor inconvenience due to traveling with our children and expecting to all be in the same suite.

A Good Hotel, but Not Memorable

This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and a nice grocery store across the street. They offer a nice breakfast and a paid shuttle to the Cruise Terminal (which we needed). Our suite was quite pricey so I would have expected a slightly more elevated experience. One item I truly appreciated was they allowed us a late check-out by one hour which I thought was very gracious. I'd stay there if the circumstances warranted, however, I would not make a point of going back.

Exactly what we needed.

We stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites for 5 nights and had no issues! The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was on point and even called us near the end to ask if we needed any service before our checkout day. The breakfast was a huge plus! Eggs and meat every morning on top of bagels or pastries. We had a kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, and flatware as well as pots and pans. The neighborhood was good and walking distance to a lot! There is a grocery store nearby that we went to often. There are also a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The next time we are in town, I will book here.

Great stay!

Great stay! I often travel to Seattle on my own. This time I visited with family. Booked a King Suite. So much room for 4 people. Bathroom has two doors to enter, which was great to not wake those sleeping in the living room to get to the bathroom. Location was great. A five minute walk to the Seattle center and a 3 min ride on the monorail to get downtown. Parking was great too, locked garage, better for compact cars, limited spaces. Only downside was when calling the front desk for extra linen, toilet paper, etc. we waited a very long time or had to call mulitple times. Everyone working there VERY friendly!
