It's just

The hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of Seattle with great access to the attached Monorail and L Train through the Westlake Centre. However the windows of our 8th floor hotel did not keep noise from the street out, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, the rollaway bed that we paid for seemed to be a favour to us when we arrived and it wasn't in place. The hotel is ok if you just want a well placed general hotel with limited amenities.

This historic hotel is in a great location to downtown shopping, restaurants and Pikes Place Market...but the hotel is in need of renovations - it's nice but a bit dated - the bathroom in the room especially and it was small

If going to Seattle I highly recommend this hotel. Great location. Easy walk to the Pier, Target, etc. My room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff is so nice and helpful. If you order in room service I recommend the grilled cheese sandwich. The soup that comes with it is amazing. I have stayed there multiple times.

AbsolUtely beautifup hotel with the best staff. We came for my wifes birthday and Pride 2025 and it was so awesome! The valet service was exceptional as we had a rental car. We almost never had to wait.lng to get out car.

Not worth $400 a night

For over $400 dollars, there are many other options. The rooms is probably very similar to what it looked like 30 years ago, the carpets need cleaning, the elevators are super slow, walls are thin, etc. I get it, it’s location is convenient for tourists that want to shop but it’s overpriced for what you get, more like a $250 a night, two star hotel.

A classic hotel with excellent service and well appointed rooms. Even though it is a central location the rooms were quiet. Excellent location for visitors who want easy access to the most popular sights including Pike Place and the monorail to Space needle area.
