Staff didn’t tell you the things that they had going on like wine daily you get free tickets to places. One of them act like they were annoyed because I was asking them questions for the price I paid. They were still under renovations that had been going on for months. Did I get an email stating that they were in renovations yes but they said it will be finished in 4 to 6 weeks but in the two months months after I received the email it was still not completed. For the price you pay it’s not worth it because it’s unfinished. And the staff was bad noncommunicating.

I absolutely loved my stay in the King Suite! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a bed that was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. It made exploring the area so convenient. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely choose this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Hotel is under construction

Hotel is currently under renovation so I hope it ends up being a nice place once it’s done. We had an issue with the hot water. It was basically non existent so cold showers are never fun. Called to inform but not sure if they ever came to fix it. When we arrived the fridge was not cleaned but everything else was good. Beds are comfortable and one thing I do like is they let you have your fur babies with you at no extra fee and no size limit. Also no on site parking besides Valet which will cost you over $70.

This is a nice hotel, but very disappointed that there was no warning or notification when booking that it was under major construction. Our family had to be divided into two rooms. The cable was out the first day- no tv. The staff was terrific but we could have spent the same or less at any other hotel and had the right room, a lobby or restaurant, etc.
