The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were also very friendly and accomodating. The price of the mini bar was ludicrous and for a 5* we expected a bit more inclusive as part of our stay. A lovely place in the heart of Copenhagen.

Quite dated hotel. Overpriced for what you get. Especially rooms. Very dirty windows. A shame when you pay extra for a ”skyline view”. Insanely high prices in the bar. Poor service as well. The concierge sent for a corkscrew to our room. Never arrived. Small thing perhaps but how hard should it be? ...
