My son and I had a great stay for three nights. I decided to spend a few more days in Copenhagen while traveling solo and booked for 3 nights here again. I forgot to add a breakfast option so I can’t comment on it, but the rooftop bar/restaurant was good but the service was not as friendly.

The hotel has very bad sound proofing. The bed shakes every time your neighbors close their doors, and the sound travels from rooms upstairs. If they are at all moving about, you’re not getting any sleep. Everything else was fine.

A huge building situated near the city centre. Our Superior Room offered a fantastic waterfront view, was spacious, and very well furnished. The breakfast was delicious but a bit busy due to the size of the building. Overall, a good place to stay and explore the city on foot.

Enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a great area. Easy to walk to area attractions plus the water taxi is in the back of the hotel. The hotel concierge Elis was amazing! She helped us pick things to do and picked 2 fantastic restaurants for special dinners. We will definitely stay at the hotel again next time we are in Copenhagen.

Amazing hotel, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The room was lovely and the staff extremely friendly. I had put a note on the booking that we were travelling to celebrate my husbands birthday and this got mentioned both at check in and check out. There was a lovely note left in the room wishing him happy birthday along with. Complimentary bottle of cava. Thankyou to all at NH collection. We will be returning!
