I booked two rooms , one was very nice and spacious. The other number 813 was so small really two small for two people. I paid the same thing for both rooms. I feel the smaller room should have been cheaper.

Loved the location, the room was like an apartment, so had kettle, microwave, so ideal for making drinks, Beds very comfortable, room spotless, Ideal location for the bus and train station, and only one stop from central station, Great stay, will use this hotel again next time

Bus stop outside, shopping centre with cinema up road. Room compact and bijou. Elevator can be a tad frustrating, stopping at most floors. However, this only affected us in the morning and when we returned after nightfall. Would defo stay again.

The room is tiny,no drinking glass to use , No phone inside the room to use in case of emergency.The kettle is very dusty, had to wash it. Not enough space to place my luggage, no toiletries.( shampoo & conditioner)Only a bar of soap.The breakfast is ok although not much selections.

The rooms are very small. It literally feels like you are in a cabin of train. The bathroom/shower combo is ridiculously small. There's also no air-conditioning or air circulation in the room. It literally feels like a glorified prison-cell!

The checking in is not well explained, you have to find out after standing in line for 10 min that you need a number from a small single terminal on the wall hidden by the dozens of people trying to check in who don't or cannot use the self check in

All fine, only dealing that I had with any staff was when I bought a beer one night. I was given a can of beer, which is fine, but when I asked for a glass I was told that they don't normally give a glass for beers. I said that I would like one and was rather reluctantly given one. If I wanted to drink out of a can I would have gone down the road to a supermarket and bought one for a third of the price ! He did also say that I wasn't to take the glass to my room. Wasn't impressed with the attitude really, quite surprising for Copenhagen.

The property was right next to the train tracks, about 20 20-minute walk to the station. The reception area was huge, but you had to take a number to talk to anyone, even if just to buy a bottle of water. I went to the other Cabinn at first by accident, and they tried to help me recheck to theirs, but no one picked up the phone at this Cabinn. Absolutely no availability to check in earlier, and if you came earlier, anything over 1 hour, you had to check in your own baggage for a 6-hour fee in the self-serve lockers. The room was basic with no separate shower, mine had no waste basket, and the remote was not working. I would never go back to that Cabinn

This was a perfect hotel for a city break. It has everything you need - a comfy bed, bathroom facilities and great options for breakfast. The only negative was that there was no air conditioning, the dial on the wall did not work in either of the two rooms we booked, so it became very warm at night. We left the window open at night to have some cooler air, but the train tracks are right outside of the hotel so the train noises woke us up at 4am.
