We had a great stay. Lovely large adjoining rooms made it perfect for our family to have our own space and bathroom facilities. We ate at the hotel for breakfast once, in the evening bistro once and from the room service evening menu twice. All in all, we had a very relaxing mini break and, while we tend not to go back to the same areas of a country twice, we'd definitely consider staying here again if we ever did.

The room was very nice. On arrival the staff member on the desk was very helpful and polite. Amenities were great, we tried out the pool which was very clean and a nice atmosphere. Mini bar in the room was not too expensive, which came in handy when we arrived past midnight due to our flight being delayed and no shops being open.

Loved my stay. I feel the bulk of our experience is driven off of service and that in my opinion was outstanding. Funny enough, the 3 people that stood out have their names start with letter M. So I’d call it a fantastic 3M experience. Marc - concierge Marita - front desk manager Michelle - concierge These 3 people went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Marc for all the help on day 1 to settle in. Marita for helping out sort the m wrong booking on my part and being super helpful in resolving and Michelle for helping me with outstanding itinerary for Sweden sightseeing. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast at Brasserie with so many options was another highlight. I am coming back again and highly recommend this plane for the people and their service.

Lovely check in. We arrived very early due to a change in flight but were accommodated. Room was lovely with a comfy bed. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (green gunk on the toilet and hair on the floor but great shower and toiletries. Towels could be a little bigger/softer. Mini bar was not clean. Pool area was fantastic. Loved our swims. Bar staff were lovely. Unfortunately we got quite sick there (nothing to do with the hotel) so only left the room for 4.5 hours during the daytime (11am until 3.30) and despite all the other rooms already having been serviced already, ours wasn't done when we got back (it had been requested every 2nd day which this was). However, I found a member of housekeeping to ask for some toilet paper and they were lovely and went and got me some with a friendly smile. Will definitely come back here when we return in the summer.
