Simply outstanding in every way! Staff were all so attentive & friendly and made us feel so welcome. The service, facilities, bar and restaurants were all 5 star. Don’t hesitate to book as you won’t be disappointed. It was an amazing, unforgettable experience swimming in the warm rooftop pool surrounded by snowy rooftops. We were visiting Copenhagen for the first time and were considering a few different hotels. I was initially hesitant on the location, but once we arrived I knew it was a great choice. It’s conveniently located next to the train station, and walking distance to just about anything in the town. The room was clean and spacious considering the usual room sizes in the city, and service was very friendly. We appreciated the bar and the bakery next door (we visited Rug almost every day—it was just that good!). Would definitely return back the next time we visit.
