Wynn Las Vegas
Stayed at the Encore for my birthday. They put me in a beautiful room on the top floor(nominally 63). All the staff were attentive and helpful. I can definitely recommend the Wynn/Encore to everyone.

Underwhelming & Overpriced. Check-in staff rude. Doesn’t recognize Hotels.com VIP level status. I was told to book directly on the hotel website to get better service. The amenities cost is high. $10 for a can of Diet Coke in the room’s mini bar, $18 for a medium size bottle of Fiji water. $7.78 ...
