Great for when you just need a base while going around the city . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Basic room/facilities but all that you really need. Breakfast was lovely and had a lovely atmosphere. Just round the corner from the bus stop and only took about 20 minutes to get to town by foot.

The check in was somewhat disconcerting. The notice from Expedia said no late check in and registration hours went to midnight. When I arrived at 4:30 PM on Sunday, no one was there. There were instructions on the front door and a machine next to it for self check in. It required the reservation number, which I fortunately had. It required a credit card for full payment. Everything worked, and it output a key. There was a phone number on the front door of a hotel to call if anything went wrong. I did not have a problem, so I did not need to call, so I don't know what the response would have been. There was always someone there at 7 AM when I went out. When I returned each day at about 6 PM, there was someone there one day, but the reception was already closed on the other days. Everything worked out fine, but it was not what I expected. The hotel itself was good. Breakfast had fried eggs, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, rolls and other breads, several cheeses, some vegetables, juices, cereal, etc. Pitched roof/ceiling on the top floor was different, but not a problem. Room was big enough, clean, shower worked well. Some traffic noise on street side of building, but not bad. Only night I noticed it was when there was a game at the stadium nearby, so more traffic that day. Surrounding area is good. Large park about a block away. About a 25 minute walk to the center of the city.

Réception, communication, tarif de park à revoir.

Les chambres et le petit déjeuner sont corrects. Ce qui est nul et qui donne une très mauvaise première impression, c'est le manque de communication sur la procédure d'entrée dans l'hôtel car il n'y a personne à la réception. Il n'est pas compliqué d'envoyer un mail ou un sms en expliquant que notre carte est dans un boitier à droite de la porte d'entrée et nous donner le code. Il est presque impossible de comprendre le code dans le téléphone avec la pluie et le fait que nous ne parlions pas trop bien ni l'anglais, ni l'allemand. De plus 15 € pour la nuit de parking en bord de route, c'est clairement de l'abus.

ruime kamer schoon Badkamer zag er nieuwe uit Ontbijt prima Parkeren voor de deur tegen een kleine vergoeding - bedden waren aan de harde kant en de kussens waren te plat. Maar dit is persoonlijke voorkeur. - hotel ligt aan een drukke weg. Met de ramen dicht hoor je gelukkig vrij weinig ervan. En in de nacht is er minder verkeer. Als je op doorreis bent dan is het een prima hotel!

Liegt an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Straße

Leider fehlen bei der Zimmerausstattung einige wichtige Details: Beleuchtung am Eingang des Zimmer. Ebenso fehlt eine Beleuchtung am Spiegel im Bad und eine Ablage am Waschbecken. Die Dusche lief schlecht ab und die Duschkabine war defekt. Und ein Stück des Brausewannenbodens wurde mit einem grauen Klebeband repariert. Das im Zimmer aufgestellte Klimagerät hat nicht gekühlt. Selbst nach 3 Stunden Betrieb war das kleine Zimmer ca. 12 qm immer noch nicht abgekühlt. Der im Kleiderschrank deponierte Tresor war weder montiert noch verschraubt. Dieser konnte aus dem Schrank entnommen und herumgetragen werden. Der Frühstücksraum ist zwar sehr klein und beengt, aber das bereitgestellte Frühstück war lobenswert. Ich würde das Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn man zur Soers will. Denn dorthin sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff

At first glance, with this hotel being in a building right beside a gas station, I had my conserns. However once inside, the staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, the hotel is very clean and so was the room. The only complaint with the room was that because of the slope of the roof the slope of the ceiling made it a little difficult to get around to the other side of the bed. Watch the head 😊. Otherwise the room is clean, quiet, and a great size!! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Platinium is een eenvoudig maar goed hotel. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn niet groot maar wel netjes. Ontbijt was prima. Aan de voorkant slaap je aan een drukke weg.

slecht we konden niet eens inchecken

zeer slecht we stonden op afgesproken tijd 22.40 uur voor het hotel maar voor een gesloten deur volgeboekt stond er op de deur. overal op gedrukt telefoonnr geprobeerd geen bereik? stonden we daar met een kind van 8 jaar op straat zonder bed.
