By car you can reach the nearest sandy beaches on the rugged Atlantic coast within 20 minutes. Explore the other beautiful beaches. A hike along the coast is very tempting. Beautiful viewpoints let you look out over the water and the Atlantic Ocean.
You can also dive into the refreshing water in the reservoir Encorco de Cecbre or take a hike of the shore.
In addition, you can reach the port city of A Coruña in 25 minutes by car, on the northwest coast of Galicia. The imposing lighthouse, Torre de Hércules, has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and dominates the cityscape, and the 16km long beach promenade invites you to stroll.
