Imagine arriving at a beautiful, newly-constructed (finished June 2026) light-filled retreat surrounded by mature trees, where every room feels calm, every window frames nature, and the water is always just beyond view.



Our newly-constructed home is topped off with a 4th story rooftop deck overlooking the Bush River. And when you get in the mood for nature, take in the amazing views from the 2nd floor great room where floor to ceiling windows and rear outdoor patio provide expansive forest views that will leave you breathless. This home is truly one-of-a kind.



House description, from top to bottom:



4th level - large 28 x 20 rooftop deck overlooking the bush river



3rd level - large master bedroom, 416 sq ft (larger than a standard Marriott or Hilton hotel room). The en-suite bathroom has a gorgeous shower, dual vanity, and separate water closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are also on this level, are connected by a beautifully designed jack-n-jill bathroom.



2nd level - This is where the fun happens. The Great Room has 7 large floor floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the forest behind the home that is truly spectacular. And when you want to get outside to enjoy the forest, French doors open onto our "forest patio", equipped with comfy chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea. The kitchen, also on this level, is fully stocked, with brand new plates, silverware, glasses, food containers, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, toaster oven, etc., etc. And again, everything is brand new...no second-hand, used items in this kitchen, nor in the entire home for that matter. Off the kitchen is the 4th bedroom, that offers a nice view of the Bush River, and a huge picture window that shows off the beautiful outdoor landscape.
