Reserved a nonsmoking room, it was not!!! The room was so bad that it burned my throat and I lost my voice for a week. I truly tried to make it work. We asked for help but the front desk was very hateful. He said the maid’s cat probably marked the room. Really! I couldn’t stay in a room with that either. There were no other rooms to be had, or so he said. We looked at other hotels to stay at on line, the weather was bad enough we could not drive around looking. We wound up in our car. Then it started raining, then hailing. We will never stay there again. We had traveled in for a funeral and planned to stay another day because we got in so late that night. Instead we drove 5 hours home after the funeral. I wouldn’t want anyone to be exposed to this low quality of hospitality.

The room was clean but had a little bit of a musty smell when I first walked in, other than that it was good.

When we checked in and went to our room it was about 10pm and the door to our room was standing wide open so we had to go back to the service desk and ask for a new room and she acted like it was an inconvenience for her. Room was trashy no plug ins curtains and carpet were shredded.

There was no chair in the room. The carpet was thread bare in many spots and pulled apart at the seams. You could see the pad. The carpet was VERY dirty. It is clear the owners have not put any money into the basic upkeep on a long time.

The room was old and i had to call to request that trash be removed. The worst was the additional $100 deposit required on the check in. He started it was because people party in the rooms and are destructive. At night, was loud and did not feel safe. Breakfast ended at 930a on Sunday. No coffee offered afterwards.
