Friendly staff. Only bad thing, fire alarms went off at 10:20 pm due to someone possibly smoking/vaping in room. Then the alarms went off 3 more times during the night. Therefore did not sleep very well.

Very nice breakfast. Multiple hot and cold items. Pool looked murky and I wouldn't have used it. Otherwise felt very clean. Right in the parking lot of a shopping mall. So not a pretty setting, but convenient.

Somewhat clean. Wallpaper taped to the walls with blue painter's tape. Missing tiles needs to be replaced in the bathroom. Wall unit needs maintenance. Not a well maintained hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Had to change rooms. We were helped quickly, professionally and with care.

I liked everything, but there was some work going on on our floor. The workers couldn’t help it but, it would have been nice to not be on the same floor with repairs. Also the elevator had a door that could be shut to it. That was scary because someone could shut it and you’d be stuck in the elevator.
