Rusty tub, no secure latch on door, old furniture, mudty room a d hotel, trash in hallway, unclean, bed wasn't properly made and didn't prevent leaving reptiles under it. Price was too high for a name brand hotel that is of poor quality!!
Trash near elevator smelled horrible throughput hallway.
Excessiveworn carpet, musty and hot in hallway. The elevator is old and inspection sticker appears false.

Might be the rudest check-in I’ve ever experienced. The lady was very short tempered and not at all kind. Not the experience expected at any hotel property and definitely not in the heart of Texas. The birds - oh dear - the birds in the trees around the parking lot are nightmare inducing. Even at 22:00 they were out there squawking and defecating on any and every vehicle.

This place was AWFUL! I booked this for my elderly Uncle and Aunt. They arrived early so they paid an extra 25.00 for early cleaning and a pet fee of 50.00. They dropped off their luggage and left. When they arrived back later in the evening, their bed was soaked in the middle. The receptionist offered another room but it wasn’t handicapped. She said she was not able to help them because she was the only one there. Never offered to change the bedding. My Aunt had to ask for a blanket to put in the middle of the bed. No one ever went to check on the room. I prepaid the room and when they checked out they were charged for everything again!!!! Thank GOD she seen the charges and they said they made a mistake! Never will I book this place again! Way to take care of elderly people in walkers!

Suppose to be a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. I got fiberglass in my feet from the shower. The toilet stopped working in the middle of the night (wouldn’t flush). Even though checkout was at 11:00am, housekeeping barged in the room at 9am and woke us up. Last pets DO NOT stay for free as advertised on Expedia.

No hot water in the shower, but hot water in the sink, floors dirty, wipe the floors bc spill water, the towel came back very duty. Front desk person has poor communication skills. When ask for another floor to be 1st floor she didn’t communicate just handed the key. Can’t believe the cleaning service knocking door at 8:30am when check out it’s at 11:00am At 8:30 the knock the door but no cart was with them what was the purpose? And at 11:00 we checked out no one was out in the hallway to clean. Doesn’t make sense

The staff should be aware of federal regulations regarding service animals. Not emotional support animals but medical alert animals. They are not and it was difficult to check in. When I reserved my room I was very clear I had one. I was told it was fine and no charge would be required. They tried to charge me $50. I eventually got checked in. But they didn’t make it easy or comfortable for me. I probably won’t be back.

Worn out room and dirty. My wife found gum on the floor. The tub was clogged which we unclogged. Walls were chipped up with obvious pictures missing. Furniture was scratched and beat. We had a $50 pet fee, even though when I booked through Expedia, it stated that "pets stay free".
