Property really needs an update..you can still keep property clean even though it’s not new..I don’t know how long it has been since room was cleaned ..everything from dirty countertops to absolutely filthy coffee pot- linen for one person and the oldest towels in the world đŸ˜©..first and last stay..

Worst hotel

My family and I have stayed at many hotels and this was the worst experience we have ever had. When choosing our room I selected 2 adults and 3 children. The first option we were given was a room with a King bed that “Sleeps 5” according to their own description on their website. Having stayed many times at hotels that claimed this same thing, we were under the impression there would be a pull out couch. We usually have our older children sleep on the pull out couch while my husband and I share the bed with our youngest child. Upon arriving, there was a huge space in the room where it was obvious a couch should be but no couch. When we called the front desk to ask about this, the women at the front immediately accused us of lying about how many guests we had. We corrected her and even had our reservation email showing that we had in fact even entered all our kids ages when we got the room. There were no other clean rooms available and everything else was sold out. When we asked for at least some blankets to make a pallet (because there were no extra blankets in the room, never had this happen before either) they gave us 1 blanket to put on the ground. Completely unacceptable and extreme lack of empathy shown to us. The breakfast was also the worst we had ever had, the eggs tasted like fish. The night we got there the water dispenser “wasn’t working”. There are too many things to list them all, but like I said worst hotel we have ever stayed at. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Spend 5 days here and my room was never clean. I work overnight and sleep in the mornings. Because of this i requested for the room to be clean in the afternoon. But all the cleaning staff leaves by 3pm. I had also requested for a late checkout twice and got denied.

Worst hotel EVER!

The room was in horrible shape, filthy. The bathroom mirror looked like someone had spit toothpaste on it, and there was a black curly hair in the sink, I mean horrible shape. Only one towel in the room, neither TV worked, had to get the maintenance man in, he fixed the TV in the bedroom, promised the TV in front room would be fixed the next day, he’d bring a new remote, he never did. He said when I told him the room was filthy, that they had fired that person that cleaned that room. Not one day did we get our room cleaned, even after speaking with a housekeeper in the hall on the 3rd day telling her we needed clean towels and our room serviced, we came back that evening and nothing was done, not even clean towels. We had told her our room number, and that it was filthy
she also said the maid that cleaned that room was fired. The lamp shades were melted somehow on the bedside table, the molding on the door was hanging off, barely on
the carpet was threadbare
I don’t even know what more to say. They had rented out the entire hotel to two teams of kids for some sporting events
they were totally unruly. The girl that checked us in, she was very nice and apologetic and did her best to get them under control but it was crazy
 I will NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER LAQUINTA AGAIN.

Room was badly outdated. Toilet seat was broke Furniture was owed and broken Outside my room was noisy The staff acted as though they had a third grade education. I am almost 65 years old and I will not be back to a La Quinta in.

I was not at all impressed with this stay. I reserved a room with double queen on Expedia. Before I got there, a woman from the hotel called with such a thick accent that I could barely understand. She was trying to get me to take a single instead. When I arrived, she again tried to get me to switch to a single. The room was dusty, the pillows deflate after 5 seconds, and the bathtub had a shoddy repair job done recently. I will say that the breakfast was great.

The only people i can give credit to upon check in was the young lady at dront desk who initially said there weren't any available rooms to change to then changed mw to another room once i let her know that not only were the sheets stained but the a/c in the room wasnt working. The other staff was Brenda! She initially worked at the other hotel which has the same owner but was soooo helpful and sincere with changing out both of our beds sheets and making our beds for us and providing pillow protectors as most if not all of them were without and removed one of the pillows which had a lot of stains on it. Thank you Brenda!

The room was clean but the one and only window pane was broken top to bottom. The bathroom sink was fractured (someone had attempted to repair it and painted it be the break was obvious). There were large rust places in the bath tub, the furniture was supposed to be “distressed” but came across as destroyed instead. The breakfast buffet was good.

This hotel is pretty significantly worn. A lot of the furniture in the room was in bad shape and the surface of the tub was peeling away. And speaking of, we intentionally booked this hotel bc it had bathtubs but when we got to the room there was no stopper in the tub. I went to the desk to ask for one and was told they didn’t have a single one anywhere on the premises. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, there was a random glob of wiring sticking out from behind the couch, and the tv only worked half the time. All told the stay was nowhere near the fee they’re charging for these rooms. We had 2 nights booked and actually left to drive 5 hours home early instead of staying there another night.

The end table was chipped
The finish in the tub is peeling away
Not sure what this mess of wires behind the couch was. We didn’t mess with it.

The hotel wasn't very clean unfortunately and was very noticeable just walking down the halls. It's in a great location but other than that I probably wouldn't go there again unless they really cleaned up the place.
