Needs better management

Definitely not up to the cleanliness I expected from previous reviews. The washer and dryer were full of towels from previous guests some wet and dirty. The floors had not been cleaned at all since the previous renters. There was not a stock of toilet paper in the house. I would not stay there again.

We stayed with another family while we visited Abilene for CALF. Inside is so cute, update and spacious. The beds are comfy cozy. The bedroom with the mini split ac unit was so cozy and perfect for the kids to sleep and play. Checking in and out was so easy!

Great place to stay in Abilene

My family and I were in town for graduation and this house was perfect for us! It was so cute inside and the few issues we had were resolved very quickly. The Christmas decorations were an added touch to make the house feel more festive. Overall excellent stay and location. We will certainly be looking into this house if we ever find ourselves back in Abilene.

A great place to stay!

Our family loved everything about this house! The four bedrooms are perfect for a big family. The grandkids loved the "kids" bedroom and the big backyard. It was so clean and comfortable and in a quiet location!

Wonderful House in Abilene

Kauai was very responsive and addressed and questions promptly. Great house to stay at for a large group in Abilene. Glad I booked in advance for a busy weekend with limited options like this in Abilene. Host was fantastic in all aspects.

Awesome house in perfect location to ACU!

What a cute, cool house. Totally recommend to anyone traveling to Abilene for events at ACU. Our group of 6 (3 adults with 3 teens on a college visit) loved this house. Lots of space, great design, bunk room was perfect for teens and plenty of space for moms. Great outdoor space to relax and so convenient to ACU campus. Property manager was so nice, prompt, and made the rental process a pleasure. Will definitely be reserving this property again
