Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.

Yes, the room was very nice. The problem was the loud music coming from the pool area and workout room which was right below my room. It pumped bass music all night, and I could feel it through the floor. I should have called down at midnight to tell front desk to turn music off.I did let them know this morning that I heard it all night long.
