Centre of Abondance - Apartment 1st Floor - 4 persons - 50 m²

This lovely 2 room bedroom apartment located in the centre of Abondance is just 50 m from the village square, where you will find all the shops, and the start of many beautiful walks including the well-known path along the River Dranse and 400 meters away from the ski lifts.

The apartment consists of a large hallway with closed in wardrobe from which you access:

- the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc .. ..)

- 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed with patio doors onto to the balcony. Fitted wardrobe

- A large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a convertible armchair for 1 person, a large table, a sideboard and TV and DVD player (books, board games,tourist and walking information) and access to the balcony. There is free wifi with a shared connection. As the room is completely independent of the kitchen it works really well as a lovely large second bedroom for the nighttime.

There is a lovely balcony with outdoor table and chairs.

For optimal comfort there is central heating in the winter providing constant hot water backed up by our ecological solar heated hot water (in part of course, let's not forget the days without sun ... sorry oops! even in our beautiful village.) All windows, except the wc and bathroom, are equipped with shutters.

Finally there is a large, shared private courtyard for parking and a communal garden with table tennis which you can enjoy during the summer, which is also a beautiful play area in the winter.

We do not provide sheets and linens but rental is possible.
