I specifically asked for a king size bed upon booking and found that the room provided had 2 beds put together. Uncomfortable. Bell boy was called to come. Took too long and i decided to take my luggage myself. Last time i stay there

The hotel was very busy with lots of guests, but they still found a way to make us comfortable by providing drinks and cold towels, and assisting us quickly. The room was clean, and everyone we spoke with was well-trained and a pleasure to deal with. We will stay here again.
