An amazing 5* hotel, with the best all inclusive we’ve ever visited. The buffet was amazing and the a la carte restaurants were sublime, again all inclusive. Snacks, cocktails, milkshakes and ice cream all brilliant. Staff all very friendly, polite and helpful. A great family holiday with everything you need at the hotel, yet easy access to Abu Dhabi with Ubers and taxis. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay very special. This is a beautiful property with excellent staff who are truly a pleasure to know. It’s let down by the amount of children who sit and splash around the swim up bar . The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced . Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers. I’m sure more would return if this happened . All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff .
