A true 5 star experience, we were made to feel welcomed the moment we arrived. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, housekeeping staff are excellent, keeping the room spotlessly clean! We tried all the on site restaurants and didn't have a single complaint with any of them, great staff, great food. Danilo at the pool bar is a gentleman, so friendly and welcoming - a credit to the hotel... In general the way this hotel is run is a true credit to the management. If we are back in Abu Dhabi, this will be the first hotel I'll check for availability

The staff at this hotel was absolutely the best!!! We had issues with our tvs when we first arrived but they fixed the issue immediately. We stayed in one bedroom pool beach side. It was absolutely perfect. I didn’t want to leave.

Nice Hotel, Good stay. Missing some details for 5 stars hotel. Like fruits and chocolate in the room. No minibars. Fridge did not work. Italian Resturant food was not 5 Star dining.

Great stay with my family

We arrived early but we got a room right away which was very convenient and nice of them. The other side of it was that they gave us a room specially designed for disable people which wasn’t very convenient for our family (a lot of water on the floor at shower time and getting very slippery for my 15 months old). But otherwise everything has been perfect, the staff was amazing, the food excellent and the pool was great
