Access via one step leads to a large entrance hall leading to the fitted kitchen, the living room (dining area and sitting area) with a wood-burning stove, and a second living room (small step). A separate toilet and laundry room are located off the living room. The intermediate living room leads to the bedroom, which has two 80x190 or 160x190 cm beds, and the bathroom. The second bedroom, with two 90x190 or 180x190 cm beds, is accessible either from the bathroom or from the other bedroom.

Outdoors: On a 100-hectare property, this private, unfenced space of approximately 1,500 m² includes a courtyard and garden: garden furniture, barbecue/plancha grill, and bicycle shed. The 20mx6m heated pool is enclosed by walls with child safety and a roller shutter, open from June 1st to September 30th, and is up to 1.70m deep.
