By far, this is one of my worst choices and a hotel that could ever stayed first aside from the service which it was average the hotel is understaffed. The elevators are not in used their borderline unsafe they continuously shutting down and many people had to take the stairs from 0 to 15 floor to basically go to the beach or go to go to the street additionally the hotel is in a complete repair is old uncapped poorly maintained and they use it only as a money pit. The parking situation is not clearly stated but we had to wait 25 minutes for Ballet parking to park the vehicle of course there’s an additional $12 a day to park the car many surprises on charges up on checking where discovered like my kids had to pay for an additional fee to stay once you’re in the check-in period you cannot stop. I will never ever stay in this hotel or recommend this hotel to nobody. The hotel is filthy. they have mold on the showers and is not kept to standards expensive the location it’s OK, but you definitely can stay in another hotel for even fraction of the price and avoid all this hassle. Take my word for it. Don’t stay in this hotel.

We like this hotel because of their friendly staff, the area and the swimming pools. But this hotel needs to remodel their rooms and fix their elevators. Elevators were a huge problem, long waits and saw so many people frustrated. Last time we were in this hotel was like 5 years ago and they had the same issues with the elevators but this time it was worst.

People tend to reserve the beach chairs all day long and none of these are available for other groups when are needed. The hotel has very strict policies on not having their waitress serving on some specific areas of the beach (in front of the hotel)

Room was clean and big. Pool chairs not enough for the amount of people. We were 2 adults and were given a room next to a family with very noisy kids. Room planing should be a little more thoughtful, maybe keep adults only on the top floors and families on the lower floors. A/C not cool enough. Very good location.

AC had a hard time cooling the room. Two elevators went out of service during our 3 day stay. Upgrading the elevators and HVAC systems would be beneficial to the hotel. Great staff!! Great views!! Direct beach access and convenient to access transportation or walk!!

Rented 2 rooms one room had no safe, no iron, no coffee maker and the AC wasnt working and the elevators. The check out process is terrible and not well organized, even though they gave us an hour extension for check out, the lines were long. Also you can not pay at the hotel with an American card.

The hotel is just between 2 sewage dumps, the elevators didn't work most of the time, parking was a nightmare, waiting lines of more than 1 hour to get the car,the bathrooms smell like sewage, the food is cheap and the restaurant crowded, the swimming pools under the diet sunlight and small, full of people resembling dumplings in a pot. Worst experience in Acapulco so far
