The room was very nice - it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was excellent. However, our overall assessment of this hotel is not that great. It is large and impersonal, and they don't appear to have enough staff to attend to the number of guests. At one point we tried to get some ice (for medication) but it never arrived after multiple requests. We eventually had to go to the front desk where the person on duty went to get the ice for us. He was nice about it (and apologized) but again, our overall assessment is that the hotel is rather cold - and very expensive for what it is. We would not stay there again.
