Reception ladies do not understand English at all , had water logging in wash basin and no lights in bathroom complained twice for all the 3 days no one came to fix it.. food is awful, location is worse , I called several times to house keeping but no one answers your call...not worth spending a penny for this hotel..
Provide television programs for various ethnicities and languages because visitors from other countries, backgrounds and languages visit and lodge at this hotel.
The staff at the desk is SO UNHELPFUL. I showed up having booked through Expedia and was promptly informed they had no rooms available. I called Expedia, and after a customer agent talked to the receptionist she then informed me that they DID have rooms available. In fact they actually had several rooms available, since they then proceeded to put me in the wrong room (a smaller room with twin beds much cheaper than the one I had booked) before putting me in the one I had paid for. Additionally the restaurant service is a joke, we were the only ones there and had to wait over an hour for our lukewarm food.

Close to airport but not comfortable
The hotel is very best the airport and a clear attraction for that overnight layover. It’s off road too so traffic noise is low.
Arriving late, found no towels or bath slippers and no tea making essentials. I asked and they were delivered.
Time to sleep and mosquitoes appeared! The night staff did not have mosquito spray (locked room!) so they couldn’t help me but say “sorry”. Hotel was full so I had to usual manual methods to reduce the number of mosquitoes. So yeah I didn’t sleep much and morning was. RELIEF!
Breakfast was basic and this hotel is designed for the mass transit passenger market (where you have no real choice but what the airline provides). will hesitate to go back.
