With a glazed terrace, the exterior is completely integrated into the landscape, being an extension of the volcanic land that surrounds it. The pool with its comfortable loungers will be the setting for your best moments and an ideal space for a healthy breakfast while contemplating the imposing silhouette of the sister island.

The ground floor is a haven of peace where the influence of functional architecture is strongly manifested, from the contemporary furniture to the use of traditional colours. This can be clearly seen in the spacious and cozy living room or in the practical and equipped kitchen that accompanies it. The space is open plan with large glass doors providing natural light and lovely views. A bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom close this floor.

The second floor, the most serene part of the villa, houses the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms, all sized so that the space puts an end to your daily activity while retaining the necessary moments of rest.

The house also has an area where you can exercise with a Concept2 indoor rowing machine, which provides one of the most complete body workouts in fitness training.
